Using exactly nine bills, how can you make change for $55 that will NOT make change for a twenty dollar bill?

There can't be more than one ten.
There can't be 1 ten and 2 5's.
There can't be 1 ten 1 five and 5 singles.

So.... You use:

2 twenties, 2 fives, 5 singles
