Left & Right Hand Limits how would i graph f(X)=x-3 when x more than 1

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

\(\large\color{black}{f(x)=x-3}\), when \(\large\color{black}{x>1}\). Would mean that the x is approaching 1 from the right side.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

you are just graphing the line \(\large\color{black}{y=x-3}\), for all values starting from an open dot at a point where x=1, and going on for a bigger x values
