need help writing compare and contrast essay
I have been an on and off vegetarian most of my life but when I became vegan it changed my life. I noticed that there are a lot of similarity between being vegan and eating meat like your basic nutrient is all the same but from different sources like how I get some of my protein from nuts but you might get yours from meat also when it comes down to it if you don’t exercise, eat ur fruits and vegetables, and not a lot of junk food u will still get fat and have lots of health issues. Each choice of living has its pro and cons. The pro of being vegan is that you get your daily need amount of vitamins and minerals (80) in which NONE can be supplied through the consumption of animal products. The meat breaks sown in your body and turns into acid as when you plants break down in your body and turn into akline. Also it give you a good ph balance because if your ph is not akline but acidic you will be sick with varying health conditions or concern. Offers protection against degenerative condition such as heart disease But it also very hard having to read everything on the back and make sure its vegan while if you were a mate eater and did not have allergies then u can go into a groceries store not having to worry about what is in the product as much. The pro of being at meat eater you can eat almost any and everywhere and they will always have something for you to eat and you don’t have to say oh what can I eat here what do they cook the food in is it organic. Still u can get sick because All illnesses are caused by either pollutants {is anything that cause (pollution; an unwanted change in the environment)} or a parasite (is an organism that lives on or in a host and gets its food from or at the expense of its host)

I am a vegetarian and I have been for a while now. I became one for the ethical reasons. I don't believe we should be eating animals. Now as far as your essay is concerned, I would say that you can eat anywhere if your vegan. There are many everyday foods that are vegan. Barbecue beans are vegan. And many other foods such as cereal. You can get almond or coconut milk at just about any grocery store nowadays. So I believe that you can find what you need anywhere as a vegan. I am not vegan, however I buy humane dairy. I believe that the pros of being vegan are many. Of which include low calorie diet and plenty of vitamins. But there are nutrients you get from ,est that you might not be able to get as a vegan. Vitamin b12 is essential for healthy brain and blood function, and doesn't exist in any plants other than
Some algaes. Now you can get a multi vitamin with b12. Protein of course can be obtained from plants. If you buy so delicious coconut milk, they put vitamin b12. So I believe that being vegan/vegetarian is better than eating meat. Meat causes you to age faster, and results in much needless animal suffering. There are ways around the nutrient factor, but make sure to do a research on the nutrients you are missing from not eating meat, and try to find supplements.

first off, I would try to avoid using numbers. Like write "eighty" , instead of "80".
and don't write full words in a capital case, like you wrote the word "none"
