Nuclear decay question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

|dw:1420182661311:dw| So i already know that this equation violates the law of conservaion of nucleons. So no need to tell me that. My question is that since its a NUCLEAR decay it will emit alpha, beta etc particles and a NEW element. But this has two elements but no particles. so even if it does obey the law, then is it still a nuclear decay even though it result in two elements instead of one?
