do you choose C
i want to go with c
The Triangle Inequality Theorem says: Any side of a triangle must be shorter than the other two sides added together. If it was longer, the other two sides coudn't meet! so I guess it's not C based on the theorem
i think it's B!
for sure the largest side is opposite the largest angle
am i right ? @triciaal
So, why not B as well as C ? @anybody
I did not know a person with name "anybody" existed here. lol
my final answer is C
Haha
B was the right answer
To say that the sum of two sides of a triangle is greater than the third side is the same as saying that one side of a triangle is less than the sum of the other two. Just as to say 5 >4 is the same as saying 4<5. That is why I think B is a viable answer. C is viable as well.
What's wrong with C?
yes B is correct I read the theorem again
C is correct as well, don't you think, @triciaal
my sister cousin help me out with this question we talked on skype i showed the answer to her and she said its B
i mean question
Then, why are you posting the question here?
sure about c but this is the Inequality Theorem I just looked up maybe the key word is Inequality
because she answered after you guys
Sister Cousin should have said that the answers are B and C. Whoever created this question messed up, in my opinion. Not a math person.
@Adam96 Skype up the sister cousin and ask about option C. See if she agrees. We will wait with bated breath.
yea it can be
So be it. Time to move on.
She said B and C looks correct answers but she choose to go with B
Try entering both options and see what happens.
i selected the B it said its correct
B is correct because the theorem has to do with the lengths only C is talking about the length and the angle which is true but not the theorem
the question asks about the theorem not plain just which of these are correct
