Hey there ! @kenneth420 I am sorry for your inconvenience but you probably didn't notice but your question was unrelated to feedback section. i informed you the first time you did it. You said ok . Then you again did the same thing that's why you were issued a warning. Please post your questions in relevant sections, if you want to do off-topic conversations then you can use the chat boxes. If you are not sure how to switch sections or find chat boxes then look \(\href{http:///openstudy.com/updates/548c04e1e4b0f2fbdc23dd6c}{\underline{\sf here}}\)

I don't know the relevance of the rude posting event, but I am in agreement that at least ten "Happy New Year" posts is redundant and perhaps inappropriate for the Feedback section. Other than many times serving as a "medal magnet" (to garner medals for the OP), I don't "get" it. Perhaps, some idea of the type posts that do belong in the Feedback section would be helpful. At present, everything but the kitchen sink appears to be in this forum. That said, the FF makes for an interesting read.
Quoting from my one of the previous replies to a similar question Feedback section is for providing your Feedback/Appreciation regarding the site and by Feedback we mean "helpful information or criticism that is given to someone to say what can be done to improve a product( which is the site in this case)" You can use this section \(\bullet\) If you want to appreciate the site \(\bullet\) To share your thoughts on how to improve the site \(\bullet\) To inform us about any difficulty you are facing while using the site \(\bullet\) To ask any other question related to the site. Note: By saying 'The site' I mean Openstudy.com Apart from these we do allow certain other miscellaneous posts which encourage a community feeling among the OpenStudy users like, happy birthday pots, congratulation posts and some other celebratory posts. But I repeat, feedback section is not a dumping ground for any other random post.

If you make a happy new year post, you can at least thank people it and stuff to make it more feedback related!
