The equations below represent the elevations of the planes in the air as a function of time in seconds, t, since the wheels left the ground. If the line representing the passenger jet’s elevation is less steep than the line representing the biplane, which comparison must be true? A < C B < D C < A D < B

"less steep" is referring to the slope of the line the steeper the line the greater the slope for any given line "y=mx+b" ..... m = slope so letters B and D represent the slopes, B is for passenger jet thus B < D
