A disease deactivates the acetylcholine receptors at myoneural junctions. Would this prevent muscle contraction or muscle relaxation, and why?

Assuming it's contraction, my multiple choice answers say for the reason why, its either - preventing synaptic vesicles from releasing their contents or - preventing an action potential from travelling across the sarcolemma will medal!
