Mathematics 15 Online
OpenStudy (anonymous):

which formula can I use for total distance travelled when speed is 13.89 m/s with reacting time of 0.15s and breaking distance of 336m

OpenStudy (perl):

well it looks like the total distance is the distance traveled during the reaction time plus the braking distance

OpenStudy (anonymous):

distance traveled = 0.15 + 336 Is that right?

OpenStudy (perl):

remember distance = rate* time

OpenStudy (perl):

so the distance traveled during reaction time is 13.89 * .15

Thank you so much for your help!

your welcome :)
