if for example you are converting from meter per second then
1- write down conversion from meter to feet `1 meter =3.3 feet`
2- write down the conversion from seconds to minute `1 sec = 1/60`
3- now substitute the value into your equation

eg: convert 120 m/s to feet per min
120m/s is actually :
\[\frac{ 120 \times m }{ 1s }\]
now where it says 1m substitute it with what you said 1m was equal to (3.3ft)
and the same with the 1s
what you'll get is something like this:
\[\frac{ 120 \times 3.3ft }{(\frac{ 1 }{ 60 }) }\]
now simply solve this by working out the denominator first and then the numerator
you should get `23760 ft/min`
