Question

“Hello.” She said to her reflection. She moved her hand, and the movement she saw was the same.
“Who am I?” the young, brown haired girl asked the mirror.
Crack. Crack. Crack.
The reflection started to disappear. Tears welled up in the brown haired girl’s hazel eyes.
“Who are you?” asked the reflection, no longer looking like the person looking into the mirror. “You are not me, I am not you. We are not us.” Those are not the words of the young girl.
That is the voice of a boy. In her life, that boy no longer exists.

Blonde hair, brown eyes, strong arms all reflect on the distorted mirror that stares at the young broken hearted girl. Her tears fall like a faucet turned on to maximum power.
“Get yourself together, for I am here for you. He does not love you, but I know that love lives in all of us. And the love that is in me is all for you.” He said. The voice and body of a person she might still remember. His arms may not be as strong as the person she used to love, but they are wide open and waiting for her. But both bodies that stood inside the mirror were not real, neither were they for her.

“I am no longer fragile. I am no longer naïve. I am strong, I am beautiful. I am me, and I am not sorry for myself.” The mirror that once stood in front of her, shattered. The young renewed girl shielded her face with her arms. The glass pierced her skin. She screamed in pain.

She wiped her tears, and stood. The glass that surrounded her no longer pained her. She stepped on every piece of glass with her bare feet. She left behind the hallucinations or the cursed mirror, and remembered nothing of it.

Wow, this short story is truly beautiful like the girl mentioned in the story. Did you really write this? I think that behind this beautiful story holds a strong message to the reader. I love stories that contain a powerful message and influence. Also, I just really loved the dramatic ending you left us at...
