i think its C but im sure :/
look at the plot and plug in the points they give you to find the slope, and find the y-intercept.
Hint: the slope is positive as its like this / and rise/run = 3 / 3.5
and the intercept on the y-axis is positive
rise/run = slope = 3/3.5 = 6/7
Use this 1st, (y1 means y sub 1) y-y1 = m ×(x-x1) y-y1 = [(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)]×(x-x1) y-(-1) = [(2 - (-1))/((1/2)-(-3))] × (x-(-3)) y + 1 = 3 /(7/2) × (x+ 3) y + 1 = 6/7 × (x+3) y + 1 = 6(x+3) / 7 y + 1 = (6x + 18) /7 7(y+ 1) = 6x + 18 7y + 7 = 6x + 18 -6x + 7y = 11 The Answer is D.
Thank you!
np u still need help?
