How much deeper is he going to go?" This is the correct answer. Since the 4/5 and 1/5 are negative, the idea of a submarine going under-water would help the description.

Oh, thought there would be another. The last one kind of had me tricked. "A whale shark can dive to a depth of 4/5 of a mile below zero. The record for a human diver is 1/5 of a mile below zero. How many times deeper can the whale shark dive than a human?" This one also associates with the depth, and fits with the fractions being negative. :)
