I think it's y=-2/3x-3

If you just want to find the slop intercept form from point (1,-2) with a slope of -2/3, just plug in the x and y values from the point and the slope of -2/3 in the the general equation and solve for the b value. y=mx+b -2=(1)(-2/3)+b -2+2/3=b -4/3=b The equation would be: y=-2/3x -4/3
