Can someone help me get the steps to 2Ca(OH2)=2CaO+H2O.

I don't know what you mean to "get the steps to", but what you have is a balanced chemical equation. The only real thing wrong with it is the equals sign. Chemical reactions are a lot like algebraic expressions, but it's not an equals sign that links them. There should be an arrow from left to right, indicating that a CHANGE occurs, breaking the reactants apart into separate atoms, then recombining them in a different order, making the products.
