i can never bump my questions and its really frustrating

It's actually bumped, you may not see it coming up in real time but other users will see the question on top. If yo too want to see it on top then just refresh your page.

yeah thats happen to me before usaully what happens is that are people are bumping theres too at the same time so.. yeah :}

You may not see it getting bumped because OS is very laggy today.

Just refresh your problem! And if it isn't exactly at the top it did go a higher than what it was before.
