Xenotransplantation is using nonhuman animal organs in transplantation. Many people are against this practice. What would be the best argument for why xenotransplantion should be accepted? There are more people on transplantation lists than donor organs so xenotransplantion can save people’s lives. People on transplantation lists are not treated equally in that some are moved to the top of the list. There are no antigens on the surface of nonhuman animals so there would be no rejection. More organs can be extracted from nonhuman animals to accommodate more recipients.
