It is called Mod tools :P Mods use it to warn, suspend, etc. people, but sometimes users get this. It is a glitch. The tools don't work though :P

Moderators are either members of the OpenStudy team (like myself) or community members who the team feels have the qualities of a good moderator based on how they interact with other community members.

It's really not that glamorous, but if you really want to be a moderator the only way to get there is to become an active, helpful member of OpenStudy and hope you get lucky when we decide to add more moderators. :)

MOd Requirments

-You must be 18+
-Are and Act mature
-Have a really good record (low warnings no suspensions, etc)
-There is a requirements for how long you stay on OS.. I forgot D:
-Do not ask to be a mod - you will be chosen. If you see a problem and report it to a mod then try your best to stop this problem, will help make mods and admins notice you
