Well, easiest way to solve this, is since you have 2 point coordinates for each line, graph it out and if the lines are parallel, then there is no solution, if they end up being the same, they have infinite solutions, and if they intersect, then they have one solution. As to figure it out through math, I don't think I can help you with that. Sorry.

Based on how it looks, I think it only has one solution. For it seems like they intersect.
