I dont understand these two Evaluate the following expression using the values given: Find x3 - 2y2 - 3x3 + z4 if x = 3, y = 5, and z = -3. -185 -77 -23 85 & Evaluate the following expression using the values given: Find 3x2 - y3 - y3 - z if x = 3, y = -2, and z = -5 For both i got -50 and -35 which is obviously wrong! any help?

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

\[x^3-2y^2-3x^3+z^4\]

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

Just plug in your values.

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

\[(3)^3 -2(5)^2-3(3)^3+(-3)^4\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ah! thank you so much! Sorry im kinda brain dead right now and doing unnecessary stuff

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

for \(3x^2-y^3-y^3-z\) simplify the expression first. \[3x^2-2y^3-z\]\[3(3)^2-2(-2)^3-(-5)\]

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

Good luck :)
