HELP PLEASE..ONE QUESTION!! WILL FAN AND MEDAL! Question 2) You set out to observe the symbiotic relationship between a species of fly. This species of orchid is only pollinated by this one species of fly, and the flies seem to prefer that orchid over any other flower for its nectar supply. A. Propose two questions you would need to ask to determine the proximate causation for the species-specific preference of this fly. B. Select one of the questions written above and write a hypothesis that could be tested experimentally. C. Design a controlled laboratory procedure to test your hypothe

Its not a lab, its just a question. Im really stuck on it

This question is asking you to talk about co-evolution. I would say that perhaps this one fly is a more efficient pollinator than other insects, and in order to attract that fly the flower evolves a special necter those flies really like, and in turn the fly evolves ways to be a better polinator for the flower that allows it to get more access to this special nectar.

Okay, so that would be a good hypothesis. Thank for helping me out! what kind of questions would be good for part A?

An example question might be: Does the insect only take pollen from this specific plant?
