PLS HELP DUE TOMORROW
Its A
thanks what does m=
m is slope. the formula for slope is \[\frac{ y2-y1 }{ x2-x1 }\] so it would look like \[\frac{ -8-4 }{ 2-7 }\] which equals -12/-5 So m=12/5 Hope this helps!
are you sure of your answer and thanks a lot
Yep :) lemme know if you have any more questions from that test thingy! Those are the worst :/
i do please
i think but im not sure Slope = 1.714/2.000 = 0.857 x-intercept = 11/6 = 1.83333 y-intercept = 11/-7 = -1.57143 what did you get
So slope-intercept form is probably the most common since it's the equation of any line. y=mx+b m is slope of the line, b is the y-intercept (where it crosses the y-axis) So to keep the y on the left, you'd move the 6x to the right by subtracting so it'd go from 6x+7y=11 to 7y=-6x+11 And y has to be by itself in the final answer, so you'd divde everything by 7. Now you've got y=-6/7x+11/7 The slope is -6/7 and the y-intercept is 11/7
so it should look like this
and how many more questions are you free to help with like this please
Oh no, for the equation, that's just the format. What you'd put there is y=-6/7x+11/7 The rest is correct :)
As many as you need!
thanks so this
Yep!
next question
oh and again THANK YOU SO MUCH MANG
Alright, so the altered equation would be y=-3/4x+6 So you'd put a point on (0,6) Then you count down 3 units, and to the right 4 units and put a point there, which is at (-9,4) and thats your line :)
Hahaha it's really no problem! Just make sure you know this stuff before like a proctored exam or you're gonna be in trouble!!
IS this right if it is ill press save for later then you go in an let me know when your in and yes sir thaaaaaank you
not that my bad i mean is this one right
holy moly, sorry i counted the second point from -6 cause i was trying to hurry. but the second point at (4,3) and it will be right lol sorry!
you had the first point right on the first attachment you sent me
this
yes!
sorry thanks im logging out let me know when your in
im in :)
ok midterm and thx
send me a message with any questions or updates
okiedoke! ill also let ya know when i submit it
