like do you mean "she is cutting the celery"? cause if that's what you mean then it is present but I am sorry I don't know if its just present or present participle.

i looked up what it was and it said "the form of a verb, ending in -ing in English" and cutting had ing at the end so i think its that. good luck (: basically from my research i think the answer is B then but good luck anyway
