Some Communist may have different opinions than what the about sentence states. To some Communists, they may believe that Communism is a better system than Capitalism. We all have different thoughts on subjects. As Americans we are under Capitalism, so most of us believe Capitalism to be the better form of Government. It's all a matter of opinion. There are some people who believe Monarchy the best way, (even though this is rare nowadays).
