Need Help finding the weak verbs and replacing them with being verbs.

Sometime in the mid-1900s. There were two boys named Dan Clark and Christopher Watson ,they called him kit for short. They lived in a city named Smryna, Georgia. Where many years ago it was a homestead for pilgrims and had camps of Native Americans.
Smryna had Georgia peaches sweeter than candy, and roads that would just make you keep on driving. Dan and Kit were just your simple(V) boys that grew up here in Smryna. They enjoyed running around town, eating at its most desirable resteruants. They usually hung out around Stoddard's grocery store. But then one day the boys saw on a high picket fence. There was a paper sitting there, clung to the board, blowing into the wind. The boys looked at the flyer and realized it was for a circus that was coming to town. They were estatic. The circus included animals that were not native to their area, darling acts by performers and scary freakish people.

It was one cool, sunny, and humid days in summer time. The beach was a must. But Dan and Kit thought otherwise because the circus was coming to town in the next sunny and rainy weeks. (T) When Dan arose out of bed he could smell the cut grass and lemonade. As he rushed down to throw on his shorts and tank-top his mother stopped him quick. "Son where are you going so early" Mrs.Clark questioned, " I'm heading to Kit's house" said Dan. Mrs.Clark sputtered off with another question " Are you going to eat your breakfast first". Dan said to his mother "No mama I'm eating at Kit's house, But thanks anyway". As Dan hurried to Kit's house a Spynx cat rushed to his side. He knew he had saw it before. Then he remembered he had saw it on the poster about the circus. Then he also remembered that he needed to talk to Kit about going to see it and coming up with the money. Dan finally arrived to Kit's house.(T)as the two spoke about Money and Availibility, a big caravan of trucks and cars and vans. As they viered out the window, Kit's mother walked into the room and saw them gazing thru the window. She asked "Would yall like somthing to eat or drink". Being nice Dan accepted the offer and she left the room. They they shouted together " We should sale Food and Drinks!!!" They were loud enough that Kit's Dad ran up the stairs with a baseball bat in his grasp. As they yelled "Its Okay" he returned to his chair placed in the cozy living room. As they jotted down anything important into notes about making there money to go the circus Kit's mother brought Dan's drink. They had gotten their money problems out of the way. They came up to availibility of them both on May 18th. Then Dan remembered he had his little sister Mary's ballet recital that day but he would ask his mom if he could rain check on it. Kit then remembered that his Grandfathers years ago went to the same Circus in California, He talks about it today and he'll talk about it next week because it was so extroidinary.(T) Dan and Kit both dream of the distant future where they can take their kids to special places like the circus. So the day arrived of which was May 18th, A very amazing day to Dan and Kit. This would be their first circus together as friends. As they arove to the Fairgrounds they could hear the chuckle of laughter of children. And animals roaring and soaring, above and below. As Dan and Kit took their seats they were greeted by a noble performer who consumed (V) a sword whole, Right in front of them. The show then started. One after another they saw a show that was worth the 20 bucks. There were high-flyers, Magitions, and dare devils. As they all pulled off a stunt another approached. Dan and Kit both liked the one where the little man on his mini pocketbike rode over 3 elephants. As Dan and Kit left the Fairgrounds on their bikes, they said they would see it again everytime it came to town even if it was in 50 years. Kit's grandfather called them after they got out and said he had saw that it was coming back in a year. Dan and Kit both shouted at the top of their lungs, "We will be back Next Year!"
