which force is used in induction cooking?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it works mainly on electric induction force... well, when you go depth. you can see a copper winding inside it which takes electrical current and acts as a electric induced magnetic flux, and when you put a ferrous material or you cooking pan on top of our cooker, the flux from copper coil will make a eddy current around out pan and this eddy current experiences some resistance to travel through out pan and through this resistance, our pan gets heated up and our omelet gets boiled out.
