This is a tricky one, but I will give it my best go though! :) With a life-long positive nutrition starts as a child. In order to keep your well balanced lifestyles, you must have good nutrition and plenty of exercise. Theses are the two keys for strong growth and health development. With good nutrition comes with a positive attitude. In order to keep healthy, you must also maintain your mental wellness behaviors, such as; control your stress levels, minimum of 7 hours of sleep, daily exercise, and respect your environment and those around you.
