OpenStudy (jordanloveangel):

Well I think the question is saying that the plant grew 1/16in during the first week and 3/16in during the second week. Thus, in the last two weeks, the total growth is the sum of the two fractions which is 4/16

OpenStudy (jordanloveangel):

You can simplify that fraction to 1/4in

OpenStudy (theedwardsfamily):

so I had to add?

OpenStudy (jordanloveangel):

wait first wut do u think is the answer?

OpenStudy (jordanloveangel):

the answer is 1/4 @TheEdwardsFamily
