Actually, nothing much can be said at this point. All I can say that it is an upcoming feature. Owlfred's Emporium will have some stuffs which you will be able to buy using the OwlBucks which again you can buy using real money. So basically it will be a paid feature...

I do that when I know I have at least an hour of spare time to officially help users on their questions :)
I don't want people to feel bad as I check in and out and in and out throughout the day and potentially missing their tags and having the system make me appear as online when I'm not.
