@tiffany24 It definitely can't be "d" because we're talking about benefits and lower wages and longer hours are more of a disadvantage. I am pretty sure it's not "b" because labor productivity isn't related to education,training and careers.. So i think it's either "a" or "c" .Definitely leaning towards a though because c is possible but... if they're lazy and educated and have skills, they aren't really valuable workers. So my guess is "a" :) Goodluck!
