We need to start closing questions i seen some 1 year ago..... its stooping people from post other questions... so would it be okay if i tag mods to unclosed question from long time ago?

If people want to ask more than one questions, it's up to them to close it on their own, it doesn't take much effort, just click close. There have been suggestions on being closed after a certain elapsed time, but for moderators to go separately and close all questions, to me personally it seems like a waste of time.
Not sure why it bothers people very much, it's easy to ignore, and I don't really see it as a problem unless it's something against the CoC.
