In a survey about gun ownership, people were asked if they owned a gun. Of those asked, 18 percent said that they own a handgun. Twenty-four percent said that they own a rifle. Twelve percent said they own both types if guns. One of the people surveyed is chosen at random. If this person owns a handgun, what is the probability that he or she does not own a rifle?
