ok from the diagram i have attached, i have resolve tension A to it vertical and horizontal component
in equilibrium
Upward force = downward force
\[T_{A}\sin 30=W\]
\[T_{A}\sin 30=1500\]
\[T_{A}=\frac{1500}{\sin30}\]
\[T_{A}=3000N\]
push force = pull force
\[T_{B}=T_{A}\cos 30\]
\[T_{B}=3000\cos 30\]
\[T_{B}=2598.08N\]
