Yep, all species are needed in the cycle of life in order for everything to survive in their habitat or environment.

No they are not. In fact, just defining what a species is is a large problem. Once you start looking at things like insects, single cell organisms, and fungi it is often impossible to even define the species. The majority of ecosystems are stable even if a few species are lost. There are fequently one or two key species in an ecosystem that can cause the collapse of the current ecosystem if they die off. If all species were needed than life would have failed after the first mass extinction and we wouldn't be here.
