On the left you have the x values and on the right you have the y values, right? Well, the arrows represent which y value goes with the x value. As for your answer it would be: (-2, 3), (0, 3) - Due to how both -2 and 0 points at 3. (1, 1) - Due to how the 1 points to 1. (3, 4) - Due to how the 3 points to 4. (4, 6) - Due to how the 4 points to 6. So your list would be: B: (-2, 3), (0, 3), (1, 1), (3, 4), (4, 6).
