There is something you can access to show you how many points you have. The certain amount of points you have can count on your SmartScore. Let me find a link that can help =)

ok. What im wondering is, I apparently have a total smart score of 58,but if my 3 categories underneath it were added up it would be way higher. So then i thought that that must mean that one of my 3 categories must be 58 but its not. so i just want to know what made my smart score number 58.haha

No. Subscores has nothing to deal with your SmartScore :P

I am trying to find the post that explains it. Like I said you have points (you have to access it through inspect element) that goes with your SmartScore. Like a 99 SmartScore is this amount of points and 60 is this, etc etc. Anyways, anything you do adds points to your points. Give me just a minute or so~

Allow me to quote one of the admin's (farmdawgnation) exact words

"The calculation is a relative scale. Each action on the site triggers what we call a point grant. Point grants have categories. Your categorical smart score is an indication of where, in the rank of all users, the value of your point grants for that category place you. The overall smart score tells you where the value of all your point grants place you relative to all other users on the system.

There's some more magic that happens behind the scenes, but that's the summary.
