By comparing their it sides\[\frac{6x+2}{4x+36}=\frac{45}{90}=\frac{35}{70}\] \[\frac{6x+2}{4x+36}=\frac{45}{90}\]\[\frac{6x+2}{4x+36}=\frac{1}{2}\]\[12x+4=4x+36\]\[3x+1=x+9\]\[2x=8\]\[x=4\]
