the symbol is being portrayed into a belt and byzantine is a form of being related or having a characteristic of an ancient byzantine empire. knowing that it is an old empire we can get rid of A. leaving B C D. but we can get rid of one more knowing that they imprint it into a belt so we can get rid of D. if they imprinted it into a belt then it would mean that they are not feared of it if they stamp it into a belt or a form of a belt. we have B and C left but if you think about B and C together a god could be considered a symbol of good fortune. It could be C if you think about it or B but think about them together and you many be able to get the answer.
