Hi, Im trying to figure out - I'm starting a new business that need to package and store boxes that are 16 3/4 inches Long by 11 1/4 inches Wide by 10 1/2 inches Deep. I need to store 3 boxes levels on each pallet. OK help me How many boxes on each level. How many boxes on a pallet and if i want to store 2000 boxes on pallet - how many pallets do i need to purchase?

I'm not sure if I'm analyzing it right. First thing you have to do is to calculate the volume of one box then multiply the volume by the number of boxes you want on a pallet. Divide this amount to the number of boxes that can fit in one pallet.

OpenStudy (jadzia):

that should give you the number of pallets you need.

OpenStudy (perl):

I would change the mixed numbers to decimals or improper fractions first
