It depends on your state and how many are enrolled this year. You can enroll anytime, but I don't recommend starting this late in the year. However, if you are quick about it, and they have the room, you can start the new semester.

Everything is free. However, you will need to pay for what ever materials you may use such as paper, pencils, and any supplies you will need to experiments and/or projects depending on your courses.

Like, the textbooks are free. But say you have an experiment, and you need hydorgen peroxide and a beaker. You will need to buy those.

The great thing is you get to use a computer for free. They will ship one to your house. You will need to send it back after teh school year is over though.

probably depends on the state. They have many. But the one I got was an HP desktop computer.

There are rules regarding the computer though. Like you can't download any software on the computer without permission. Like you can't download a game program, or photoshop, etc. unless it is for school, or you are given permission.
