I'd change you to I. That is the only option that changes the point of view. "you" implies that the speaker is talking about a nonspecific entity while "i" means that the speaker is referring to his or her self.

I agree with Mantis. What I find usually helps is re-reading with one of the options, and A seems most fitting: "My sister is incredibly smart. I can always depend on her to give great advice."
