This generally happens with me, but when I try to notice the differences when it works well and when it shows the error message, I found this:

i) Usually, when I've lots of things opened in a browser, OpenStudy doesn't load and shows that error message. As my net is not that fast, so, I generally only keep 2-3 tabs open.

ii) When it doesn't load, I just refresh the page and let it do the rest of the work. Patience is the key to success (lol) ... :D

iii) When it even doesn't load after refreshing, the only thing I do is... listening to songs and cooling myself up. After all, to gain something, you've got to lose something too :D

This is exactly what I was talking about this with my @MSxSammiBooxX account. I made it, and it told me to reconnect. With pasts accounts siblings and I have made, it has done that as well. It's weird and should be looked at if haven' already.
