@triciaal
So I am unsure of what I have and I would like it if someone were to further explain to me what I have to do. I don't fully understand the problem
rephrase y = -2 what group has 2 points and the y value is -2
Ok let me think this through
given (x, y) and y = -2
If the y value is -2 and I am finding two points on the line I think it would be 2,-2 and 0,-2
Explain what I did right or wrong and if wrong how to fix it and why I got it wrong
I think you just got 1 point!
So it was right?
so now we have to build some confidence yes you can do it right
I'm just doubting myself in this unit because I am struggling to fully understand the lessons and the lessons just don't seem to sink in. So I need lots of guidance through the homeworks and it is hard when my teacher lives across the US and can only answer at different times while this way I can just talk back and forth and someone can write it out for me with me
what did I ask you to do? clear your mind of negative stuff
Ok sorry.. not meaning to be negative... just explaining
be receptive
What does that mean?
Now the next question I am completely lost. I don't know where to start
mails crossed its ok to explain I need your teachers pay!
Where do I start???
post a new
oh ok
you are younger so you naturally type faster
yeah
So should I close this one and post a new?
no
Ok now where do I start for this one

ok
I'm just so confused!!! Ok clearing my mind... I am open to explanations, mind cleared of negative thoughts
slope is the change in y divided by the change in x m = (y2 - y1)/ (x2 - x1) for any 2 points (x1, y1) and (x2, y2)
that's a start where is x = 4?
On the graph?
yes click on my graph then add x = 4
