@jose_alamo32

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@kybi help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'll try to help; Let me see

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thank you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@math_help101 all I can guess is Supreme court ):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This information is so barren..hehe

OpenStudy (jose_alamo32):

the supreme court would be D. that's not an potion

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm thinking "D" is the U.S. district court

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Er...supreme court but yeah it's not an option

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how about us court of appeal

OpenStudy (anonymous):

d is not an option though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah I just said that :P Sorry, still a bit tired

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so what is the answer @kybi @jose_alamo32

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I keep thinking C or E..but I'm not quite sure on this one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

c probs because b and e are the same right

OpenStudy (jose_alamo32):

court of appeal is E. It could be

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I wouldn't say B and E are the same

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the answer is e

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@jose_alamo32 @kybi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'd go with E. in this case

OpenStudy (jose_alamo32):

@kybi what you think? im thinking E

OpenStudy (anonymous):

may you help me with two more

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The U.S. Constitution gives Congress the power to conduct trials in the U.S. Supreme Court combine state and federal trial courts create inferior courts as necessary close the state courts during a U.S. trial

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i have no clue with this one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Each U.S. state has at least one U.S. Tax Court U.S. Supreme Court U.S. District Court U.S. Court of Appeals

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i believe the 2nd one is us district court

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do you guys think

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You can rule out Supreme Court, since that's clearly not one for every state. And the US Tax Court is also for the whole entire US.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So yeah, C would be your best option

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how about the first option

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@kybi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Lexi00

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@math_help101 I'd say the best option is C.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry, I had to brb

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for the first question ad for the second and its ok i was just waiting for you to answer and you were not

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well the first I'd say E(Answer A) and the second I'd say C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the first one conduct trials in the us supreme court

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@kybi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

really again answer me please @kybi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am here still; don't freak out @.@

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok srry so what is the answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Like I said..C or E for the first and C for the second one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait what r u talking about

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The U.S. Constitution gives Congress the power to conduct trials in the U.S. Supreme Court combine state and federal trial courts create inferior courts as necessary close the state courts during a U.S. trial

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is the answer to this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh, I did not see that one..xDD Sorry; let me check

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'd say C. Create inferior courts as necessary
