Can someone help me solve this question: Find the zero of f(x) = -2/3x-12. Please!

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

First find where the function does not exist. That would be if 3x-12 = 0 Solve for x.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x = 4, right?

@Jhannybean

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

Yep.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, so what do i do after that?

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

That's it, x=4 is the zero of your function, I believe.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (jhannybean):
