Just like other animals, the raptors produce gametes through the process of Meiosis. The process produces reproductive cells through Two rounds of cell division. The gametes are genetically Different thanks to crossing over (occurs during ProphaseI) and Diploid (occurs during metaphase I).
We know from the InGen scientists that the raptors have 6 chromosomes in their body cells. This means their egg and sperm have 3 chromosomes each.

Just like other animals, the raptors produce gametes through the process of (1)meiois. The process produces reproductive cells through two (2) rounds of cell division. The gametes are genetically identical (3) thanks to crossing over (occurs during Prophase (4) I) and Independent Assortment (5) (occurs during metaphase I).
We know from the InGen scientists that the raptors have 6 (6)chromosomes in their body cells. This means their egg and sperm have 3 (7) chromosomes each.
