We have many administrators. But I'm not sure if they're called system administrators.

It lists the main SysAdmin there. Theor job is server related, so they do not spend much time on the site other than seeing if stuff works.

Tim, if you look at the older posts by admins you will find they are very frank about the purpose of the site. That is not being rude. It is just blunt.

What I mean is that I don't know of any of the admins that have ever been rude. Simply direct and to the point about things on the site. Unless you mean that they do things without being subtle...

Well, the password recovery goes to the email used to make an account. If that is not valid, they would need to email contact@openstudy.com, but I think it likely that they would do little for someone that used an invalid email address to make an account.

no. she put in her email in the Forgot password button but it wont send it to her email.
