What are two ways to verify that your solutions are correct? Check all that apply. A. Try values for variables that don't match B. Substitute back into both equations C. Graph the equations and see where they meet D. Substitute one variable's value for the other
B D i would say but check it with @dtan5457
i think its b and c
ITs B
graphing works too @some.random.cool.kid
it says choose 2 ways tho and i would say c is for linear equations more so than traditional equations
. Substitute one variable's value for the other if you substitute x values into y that's not gonna give u right answer if you get x and y values you can replace x and y into the equation and look at that if both side are equal
you can graph both lines which is the easiest way and look at the point where both lines a re intersect
B, and C?
that's what i think @Tallan
I know but I think its for C for sure because you can graph to see if the lines intersect. and you have to substitute the numbers to see if they work...
good job guys :)
yeah ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ up there i told u why is not D
well you have to do 1 at a time. so It could be D too?
nope u cannot replace x value into y for example if x =2 and y =3 and equation is 2x+3y=3 you cannot replace x by 3 and y by 2
oh right!!
yesh
so that's why D is not right
