Problems with OpenStudy Emails Being Sent Through

Anyways, users have had problems with sending emails to verify their account and to reset their password. This has been a problem with multiple users (me included), and they can't seem to figure out how to get the email. They (and myself) would check every inch of their email, resend the email, and more, but still get nothing.

I also want to bring up that when some new users create accounts, they have to keep on reconnecting every 30 seconds - 1 minute

Any solutions?

If you are using Gmail, we have had problems with this in the past. Consider a Yahoo! Mail. If this problem still consist, contact Dr. Preetha Ram or email contact@openstudy.com. The email can be sent directly via Administration. Thank you.
