It's something along the lines of 70% dark energy, 25% dark matter, and the rest includes the atoms of the elements (planets, stars, etc)

It depends if you're either leaving out the dark energy and matter, otherwise the answer would be planets, galaxies, stars, asteroids, comets, etc.
